      StarGames Affiliate processes your payments twice a month. We have localized marketing tools – banners, micro games & more – for you available. Daily updated and reliable reports will help you to optimize your revenues.

    • How can I participate?

      First, you'll need to become our member. You can do that for free by completing the online registration form correctly. It only takes a few minutes! After you’ve applied online you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Now you are able to login and start earning money! Don’t forget to read the terms and conditions carefully before accepting them.

    • I have problems with my login, what can I do?

      Your username is not case-sensitive but your password is, please make sure you don't have your "caps lock" on. If you continue to have problems with your login, please contact your account manager.

    • How do I get my password if I have forgotten it?

      If you’ve forgotten your password please use the “Forgotten Password” function in the login section. You will then receive an automatic email

    • How can I update my account data?

      You can update your account details like address, email address, phone number and websites in the My Account section.

      For security and legal reasons, you cannot change your name and country, your chosen username for login and your PartnerID. If you need to make any updates on these attributes, please contact your account manager.

    • In which languages do you offer Affiliate support?

      We offer support in the following languages: English, German, Spanish, Polish and Dutch

    • If I have problems, where do I find more help?

      The FAQ has most of the general questions one may have. If you can’t find the answer to your question here, contact your account manager please or write an email to partner@stargames.com.

    • How long does it take until I receive an answer from the account manager?

      This should not take longer than one working day. In case your question is not answered you can contact us at partner@stargames.com

    • Where is my account manager located?

      Our Affiliates managers are located in various parts of Europe. If you want to know where your personal account manager is located, don’t hesitate to contact him/her.

  • Reporting

    • Where can I find the reports?

      You can find them in your personal account in the reports section.

    • Can I track performance of different trackers?

      Yes, you can. In the reports section you have the possibility to choose the trackers of which you want to see the performance.

    • How often are my reports updated?

      The reports are updated daily between 0:00 and 2:00 a.m.

  • Payment

    • Which payment plans do you offer?

      The Payment Plans that you choose will apply to your Trackers within the Affiliate Program.

      • CPA Payment Plan (also known as a Cost per Acquisition Plan) based on an amount per each Real Money Players that you introduce via your TrackerID.
      • Revenue Share Payment Plan based on a share of the Net Margin generated by the Affiliate’s Real Money Players.
    • How is the Revenue share commission calculated?

      The basis for the Revenue Share is the estimated gross revenue generated by your referred Player less administration fees, VAT and converted bonus money.

    • Which payment methods do you offer?

      We offer you the following payment methods: Neteller, Moneybookers and Bank Transfer.

    • When do I get paid?

      Commission will be calculated twice a month (1st and 15th). The process goes through a check system which takes 2-3 Business Days, followed by the payment process which also may take a number of business days, depending on your preferred payment option.

    • Is there a minimum payout amount?

      The commission can only be paid out if the credit has reached a minimum amount of fifty Euro (EUR 50.00,-). If this requirement is not met within two (2) weeks, the commission will be carried over until a total of fifty Euro (EUR 50.00,-) has accumulated.

    • Whom do I contact if I have questions concerning my earnings?

      From when you sign up, your assigned account manager will be able to answer questions regarding your earnings. If you can’t find the answer to your question here, contact your account manager please or write an email to partner@stargames.com.

  • Recruiting Players

    • How do I recruit players?

      After your registration you will have access to a wide range of marketing material. Select a banner or other tool according to your target group. Position them well and make sure that your TrackerID is implemented correctly on your website. You will receive newsletters from us to inform you about newest promotions and products.

    • Are there any countries you don’t accept players from?

      Due to legal reasons, we don’t accept players from Austria (AT), Canada (CA), Denmark (DK), France (FR), Italy (IT), Switzerland (CH), Turkey (TR), United States of America (US).

    • How do we support you to recruit more players?

      Your personal account manager will assist you in developing a strategic approach and identifying the optimal target groups.

    • Which criteria do the players have to fulfill?

      Players need to be at least 18 years old and we don’t accept citizens from Restricted Territories which you can find under "Are there any countries you don’t accept players from?"

  • Tracker

    • How are players tracked?

      Our affiliate program is based on so called trackers, which are attached to your chosen banners. Each tracker has a unique TrackerID to identify players who were referred by you.

    • What is a tracker?

      A tracker gives you the opportunity to link your chosen marketing material with your affiliate account and therefore to earn money.

    • How do I create a tracker?

      You can create a tracker in your “My Account” section. Just choose a tracker name and a landing page - a text link will be automatically created for you. After you’ve created your tracker you can attach your chosen banner to it.

    • I want to track two of my websites – do I have to create two trackers?

      It’s completely up to you! We’re doing our reports by tracker – so if you want the performance of each website to be displayed separately, you should create two trackers. You will have more opportunities for optimization.

  • Marketing Material

    • How can I implement the chosen banners on my website?

      Select a banner or other marketing material from our affiliate program. Choose one of your trackers and a code will be generated automatically. Download the banner and implement it together with the code on your website.

    • In which languages do you offer marketing material?

      We offer our marketing material in the following languages: Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish and Turkish.

    • Can I create my own marketing material?

      Due to our Intellectual Property Policy this is not allowed. Your personal account manager will assist you finding a proper solution if you have special demands.
