How do I sign up?
Firstly, you need to become a member. You can do that free of charge by completing the online registration form – it only takes a few minutes. Once you have registered online you will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail. You’ll then be able to log in and start earning money. Don’t forget to read the Terms & Conditions carefully before accepting them.
 
I am having problems logging in. What should I do?
Your username is not case sensitive but your password is – please make sure that "caps lock" is turned off. If you continue to have problems logging in, please contact your Account Manager.
 
What should I do if I forget my password?
If you have forgotten your password, please click on the “Forgotten Password” link on the login page. You will then receive an automatic e-mail.
 
How can I update my account data?
You can update your account details (your postal address, e-mail address, phone number, websites, etc.) in the “My Account” section.
 
For security and legal reasons, you cannot change your name, country, chosen username for logging in or your PartnerID. If you need to update these details, please contact your Account Manager.

How long does it take to receive an answer from an Account Manager?
This should take no longer than two working days. Please take public holidays and weekends into consideration. If your question is not answered within this period, you can use the contact e-mail address listed in the Terms & Conditions.
 
Reporting
Where can I find my reports?
You can find them in your personal account in the reports section.
 
Can I track the performance of different trackers?
Yes, you can. In the reports section you can choose to view the performance of any tracker.
 
How often are my reports updated?
The reports are updated daily between midnight and 2 a.m.
 
Payment
Which payment plans do you offer?
The following payment plans apply to your Trackers within the Affiliate Programme:
·         CPA Payment Plan (also known as Cost per Acquisition Plan) based on an amount per Real Money Player that you introduce via your TrackerID.
·         Revenue Share Payment Plan based on a share of the Net Margin generated by your Real Money Players.
 
How is the Revenue Share commission calculated?
Revenue Share Commission is calculated as follows:
Revenues - Converted Bonus Money - Tax - Handling fee = Net Margin.
This will then give the Net Margin of which the Revenue Share deal percentage is based on.  

How is the Revenue generated from a referred player?
Casino and Slots: Revenue is based on an Estimated Gross Revenue where the operator takes a fixed % amount being staked into a game and applies the Return To Player (RTP) of all slot games.
Benefits for this type of revenue model are that Jackpot winners or winners in general do not hinder affiliate commission. It is also purely based on stake and not based on additional factors like deposits, payouts etc.
Example: €1.00 staked on Book or Ra Deluxe slot that has a 95% RTP. The revenue is then €0.05c.

Which payment methods do you offer?
We offer you the following payment methods: Neteller, Moneybookers and bank transfer. Additional payment options may be offered should this be necessary.
 
When do I get paid?
Commission will be calculated twice a month (on the 1st and 15th of the month). The calculation and checking process takes 2-3 business days. Processing the payment may also take a few business days, but this will depend on your preferred payment option.
 
Is there a minimum payment amount?
Commission may only be paid out if the balance is €50 (fifty euros) or more. If this requirement is not met within 2 (two) weeks, the commission will be carried over until a total of €50 (fifty euros) has accumulated.
 
Whom should I contact if I have questions concerning my earnings?
As soon as you sign up, your Account Manager will be able to answer questions regarding your earnings. If you cannot find an answer to your question here, please contact your Account Manager.
 
 
Recruiting Players
How do I recruit players?
Once you have registered you will have access to a wide range of marketing material. Select a banner or other tool according to your target group. Position them well and make sure that your TrackerID is implemented correctly on your website. You will receive newsletters from us to inform you about the latest promotions and products.
 
Are there any countries you don’t accept players from?
Please refer to the Affiliate Terms & Conditions (Section 2.17) as this changes from time to time due to developments in gaming regulations.
 
How do you help me recruit more players?
Your personal Account Manager will assist you in developing a strategic approach and identifying the optimal target groups.
 
Which criteria must the players fulfil?
Players must have reached the legal age of maturity in their jurisdiction. We do not accept citizens from ‘restricted territories’ (please see Section 2.18 in the Affiliate Terms & Conditions). Please also review the terms in full as there are further criteria to take into consideration.
 
Trackers
How are players tracked?
Our Affiliate Programme is based on so-called Trackers which are attached to your chosen banners. Each Tracker has a unique TrackerID to identify players who were referred by you.
 
What is a Tracker?
A Tracker gives you the opportunity to link your chosen marketing material with your Affiliate Account and therefore earn money.
 
How do I create a Tracker?
You can create a Tracker in the “My Account” section. Just choose a tracker name and a landing page – a text link will be generated for you automatically. Once you have created your Tracker you can attach it to your chosen banner.
 
I would like to track two of my websites. Do I have to create two Trackers?
It is completely up to you! We formulate our reports using Trackers. So if you want the performance of each website to be displayed separately, you should create two Trackers. This will give you more opportunities for optimisation.
 
Marketing Material
How can I implement the chosen banners on my website?
Select a banner or other form of marketing material from our Affiliate Programme. Choose one of your Trackers and a code will be generated automatically. Download the banner and implement it together with the code on your website.
 
In which languages do you offer marketing material?
This is subject to change, so we kindly ask that you check from time to time the available languages in the Affiliate System directly. For any additional banners, please contact your Account Manager.
 
Can I create my own marketing material?
The creation of your own marketing material is prohibited by our Intellectual Property Policy. Your personal Account Manager will assist you in finding a solution if you have a special request.
 
Do I receive support/advice to help with my marketing activities?
Your personal Account Manager will assist you in developing a strategic approach and identifying the optimal target groups.
